In the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and its surrounding countries and regions: the mining of rare metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn) and tungsten (W) in Angola, Burundi , Central African Republic (CAR), Republic of Congo (ROC), Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia has caused serious issue of human rights and severe environmental problems. The sale of these minerals may provide financial support for the ongoing armed conflicts in these countries, resulting in long-term instability in the region. Therefore, the four minerals produced in these countries and regions are called "conflict minerals".
As a good social citizen, InnoLight Technology should fulfill its social responsibility and respect human rights, and it should continue to pay attention to the issue of conflict minerals and devote itself to detailed investigation of the supply chain.
